Description
Our client is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for their Whitestown, IN office. This contract role will last about 3 months.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Support HR team with the coordination and administration of HR projects and initiatives.
Maintain and update employee records while ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, preparing materials, and facilitating communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Handling day to day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner.
Create, update and distribute company policies and procedures.
Provide guidance and respond to employee inquiries regarding employment, policies and benefits.
Perform general office administrative tasks such as ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies, managing office mail, and coordinating meetings.
Assist in the coordination and execution of company events and initiatives.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior HR and Office Administration experience a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude.
High level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
