Robert Half Marketing Assistant in Williamsburg, Virginia

Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in the non-profit industry, based in Williamsburg, Virginia. This role primarily involves providing administrative support to the director, handling customer service related tasks, and managing our CRM and database.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and responding to general inquiries

• Sending out brochures and scheduling tours as part of our marketing efforts

• Inputting information into our CRM system and maintaining the accuracy of our database

• Providing administrative assistance to the director

• Handling customer service tasks, including answering multi-line phone systems

• Transferring complex inquiries, such as those related to pricing, to the director

• Supporting the creation and distribution of advertisements to enhance brand awareness

• Utilizing Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to monitor and report on our marketing efforts

• Assisting with the training of new staff on basic information and systems

• Ensuring a thorough understanding of our offerings to answer customer inquiries effectively. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Assistant role or similar position

• Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data

• Knowledge and experience in database management

• Understanding and experience with EO/IR systems

• Ability to use Facebook Insights and Google Analytics for data analysis and marketing strategies

• Experience in creating, managing, and analyzing advertisements

• Demonstrated ability in promoting brand awareness

• Skilled in producing marketing materials such as brochures

• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders

• Experience in answering multi-line phone systems

• Proven administrative assistance skills, including organizing, scheduling, and coordinating tasks

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
