Description This is a Customer-facing technical role within a growing MSP. Your role will be responsible for handling our Client based technical needs whether it is dealing with network/infrastructure issues, help desk tier 2-3 support, Microsoft Office 365 support, etc. This role will require travel to our Client base roughly 1.5 days per every 2 weeks to handle issues.

This is a hybrid work schedule, 4 days per week in office/onsite at Clients while Fridays are remote from home. This role will help oversee 3-4 Technicians while reporting to the Vice President of Technology on a day to day basis.

Ideal Candidates will have experience in an MSP environment in a Customer facing role with experience in handling help desk support and a strong familiarity with network/infrastructure operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues promptly.

2. Provide technical guidance and support to entry level analysts, helping them in problem-solving and technical decision-making.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

4. Evaluate and recommend system upgrades, software installations, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.

5. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
