• Process and record accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently - Prepare and send out customer invoices and statements - Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies - Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and update account information as needed - Assist with credit analysis and evaluation of customer creditworthiness - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and inquiries - Perform data entry tasks to input financial transactions into the accounting system - Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable Experience: - 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable - Proficiency in data entry and working with accounting software systems, such as Blackbaud - Proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, and sharepoint - Understanding of financial concepts, including coding, reconciliation, and reporting - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions Requirements
