Litigation Associate Attorney – Wilmington, DE (Law Firm)

Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Lead the proactive management of toxic tort litigation cases, including asbestos, from inception through resolution, in both state and federal courts.
Litigation Support: Draft pleadings, conduct comprehensive legal analysis, manage written discovery, and prepare dispositive motions.
Client & Witness Interaction: Conduct depositions of key witnesses, maintain clear communication with clients, and collaborate effectively with paralegals and support staff.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Juris Doctor (J.D. / JD) from a US ABA-accredited law school.
Licensure: Active license to practice in Delaware; licensure in Pennsylvania (PA), New Jersey (NJ), and/or Maryland (MD) is a plus.
Experience: 3-5+ years of litigation experience, with a focus on toxic torts, mass torts, asbestos, or related fields.
Skills: Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to manage a complex caseload and work effectively both independently and within a team.
Position Details & Benefits:
Type: Full-time, direct-hire position.
Schedule: Hybrid work environment with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday.
Salary: Competitive base salary up to $120,000, with potential for an annual discretionary bonus.
