We are seeking a skilled CFO with strong proficiency in financial reporting to join a company of ours. As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial sustainability and integrity of this organization and
Provide strategic financial leadership, planning, and oversight to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organization.
Oversee the management of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and other stakeholders.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with program managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Coordinate the annual audit process and maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk to optimize financial performance.
Build and lead a high-performing finance team, providing coaching and skilled development opportunities.
The ideal CFO will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
Other requirements for the CFO role include and are not limited to:
6+years of experience in non-profit accounting and financial management.
Strong knowledge of general ledger management and financial reporting.
Experience with financial software and systems.
