Robert Half Data Analyst in Wilmington, Delaware
Description
We are in search of a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. This role revolves around the comprehensive analysis and summary of data from reports pertaining to Contract Lifecycle Management. The successful candidate will assist in the development of a pre-conversion strategy and will be proficient in utilizing various data analytics tools.
Responsibilities:
• Review, cross-reference, align, and interpret Contract Lifecycle Management reports and SAP reports
• Analyze reports provided and make determinations based on preset criteria
• Recategorize information based on conducted analysis and given criteria
• Visually capture and present data based on analysis conducted in forms such as tables, charts, and workflows
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SOX requirements, controls, and processes
• Utilize Conga (Salesforce platform) and DocuSign for various tasks
• Collaborate closely with Contracts Management & Legal Affairs and IT teams
• Exhibit strong project management skills and ability to work independently
• Display excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Comfortably work in system and run reports
• Demonstrate knowledge of or prior support in legal teams, contracting or contract lifecycle management
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Visio, Excel)
• Exhibit skills in BusinessObjects Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Requirement Document, Create Dashboards, Data Analysis, SQL, Python.
Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in BusinessObjects Technologies
• Proven experience with Database and EO/IR systems
• Proficient with Microsoft suite, particularly Microsoft Word
• Experience with AB Testing and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Ability to create Business Requirement Documents
• Proven skills in creating dashboards
• Strong Data Analysis skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
