Description
Robert half is in search of an exceptional HR Generalist to enhance our client's team stationed in the Delaware area. The HR Generalist will sizzle in an instrumental role across a variety of HR dimensions, encompassing talent recruitment, induction, training, and bolstering employee morale. Responsibilities will also extend to preserving employee records, executing compensation and endorsement schemes and ensuring conformity to labor rules.
Responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefit plans
Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
Requirements
The ideal HR Generalist will preferably have a Bachelors degree in Business administration or relevant field.
Other requirements for the HR Generalist role include and are not limited to:
2 years Human Resources experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Healthcare industry preferred
Payroll experience preferred
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
