Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled ERP Administrative Specialist to join our company and play a pivotal role in the management and optimization of our Infor Cloud Suite Distribution ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP administration, configuration, and user support, with a focus on enhancing business processes and driving system efficiency.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• ERP System Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Infor Cloud Suite Distribution ERP system. Ensure system availability, performance, and security.

• Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ERP system to align with business requirements. Implement system changes and enhancements as needed.

• User Support and Training: Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of the ERP system. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve problems.

• Data Management: Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the ERP system. Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain high-quality data and ensure proper data governance.

• Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements that enhance operational efficiency.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guidelines. Ensure knowledge sharing and smooth onboarding for new users.

• Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, department heads, and external partners to align the ERP system with business needs and strategic objectives.

• Vendor Relationship Management: Liaise with Infor and other relevant vendors to stay updated on system upgrades, patches, and enhancements. Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues.

• Change Management: Assist in change management efforts related to system updates, enhancements, and process changes. Communicate changes effectively to end-users and stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Proven experience in ERP system administration and configuration, preferably with Infor products.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Proficiency in data management and governance.

• Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

• Prior experience in end-user training and support.

• Change management experience is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Business acumen in the form of degree or experience.

• Infor CSD certifications not required but appreciated.

• IT experience required, certifications not required but appreciated.
