Description We are in search of a Logistics Coordinator to work in Wilmington, North Carolina. This role is pivotal in the logistics industry, offering a contract to hire employment opportunity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various logistics and ERP systems, coordinating logistics operations, and maintaining effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Handle logistics coordination, including the management of export shipments and international shipping operations
• Utilize various business systems, including CargoWise, CRM, and ERP solutions to streamline operations
• Perform billing functions accurately and promptly to ensure smooth financial operations
• Offer excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer credit applications
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and requirements
• Utilize communication skills to liaise between various departments and stakeholders
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status
• Continually improve logistics processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and productivity
• Utilize 'About Time' software for effective time management and scheduling. Requirements • Proficient in Business Systems
• Experience with Cargowise software
• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Understanding and experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
• Familiarity with ERP Solutions
• Knowledge of 'About Time' software
• Ability to handle Billing Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Understanding of Customs procedures
• Experience in handling Export Shipments
• Knowledge of International Shipping procedures
