Robert Half HR Compensation Analyst in Wilmington Nt, Delaware

Description

A financial firm in the Wilmington Delaware area is looking for an HR Compensation Analyst to join their team. As the HR Compensation Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation programs to ensure they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive compensation analysis to ensure market competitiveness.

  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, salary structures, and pay policies.

  • Evaluate and update the company's compensation strategy as needed.

  • Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies.

  • Administer compensation and bonus programs.

  • Prepare reports and presentations on compensation trends and recommendations.

  • Collaborate with HR and management to provide compensation expertise.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    Requirements

The ideal HR Compensation Analyst will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field

Other requirements for the HR Compensation Analyst role include and are not limited to:

  • 5+ years of HR experience

  • Strong understanding of compensation principles, market trends, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in HRIS and compensation software

  • 2+ years compensation experience
