Description
Our client is a growing manufacturer that is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst on a direct hire basis. The Senior Financial Analyst should have exceptional technology skills including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel/Access, and JD Edwards. In this Senior Financial Analyst role, you will analyze and report on past performance, industry trends, KPI’s, pricing and other key financial and operational data in order to advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish corporate goals. This is a high visibility role with opportunity for career and professional growth within the organization.
Major Responsibilities
· Analysis of financial and operations processes
· Prepare reporting packages
· Assist in closing process
· Identify potential financial risks
· ROI analysis
· Compliance Management
· Ad hoc projects
· Develop and maintain financial reports in internal database
· Annual Budgets/Monthly Forecast
Requirements
The ideal Senior Financial Analyst will have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.
Other requirements for the Senior Financial Analyst role include and are not limited to:
· 3-10 years experience as a Financial Analyst
· JD Edwards experience a plus
· Cost Accounting Background
· Manufacturing industry a MUST
· Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
