Robert Half Help Desk Analyst I in Wilmington, Ohio

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in the transport industry, based in Wilmington, Ohio. As a Help Desk Analyst I, you will provide technical support to users, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems around the clock. You will work with the IT team to restore critical operations and provide solutions for issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, phones, and networks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the company’s computer systems are operating effectively 24/7.

• Provide technical support for issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, phones, and networks.

• Work alongside IT support to restore critical operations to normal.

• Answer help desk calls, recording user support tickets and resolving them when possible.

• Run daily jobs and perform backup and recovery functions.

• Utilize your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Database, and EO/IR systems to support customer needs.

• Leverage your knowledge of Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to maintain and improve our systems.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or relevant field

• Proficiency in Android Development

• Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco Technologies

• Experience in working with Citrix Technologies

• Familiarity with Database Management

• Experience with EO/IR systems is preferred

• Knowledge of Active Directory

• Ability to troubleshoot and manage Apple Devices

• Proficient in Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Demonstrated skills in managing Deployments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Possession of relevant certifications would be an added advantage
