  • Support the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Drives project planning

  • Lays out project with appropriate ticket workflows and boards

  • Establishes schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

  • Verifies the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Work in close collaboration and communicates with developers, technical team members, designers, and stakeholders

  • Cooperates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

  • Works as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - clearing obstacles, leading scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the team is working effectively

  • Directs the daily stand-ups, seeing to it they are focused, brief, and timely

  • Help cross-product teams to manage dependencies

  • Engages with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Collaborates with Product Owner/Product Manager to secure that the product vision and high-level business objectives are clean and feasible

  • Confirm that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

  • Aids to classify, manage, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

  • Coordinates and directs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and marks ticket assignments

  • Collects data from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into suggestions

  • Submits detailed reporting to management on risk assessments, milestone completion, and project status

  • Directs deployment scheduling in coordination with tech lead, Dev Ops, and Product Owner- Develops and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • Work closely together with the Product Specialist, Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, and QA Manager Requirements - Prior success in project management, supervisory leadership, and operational management

    • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Be able to adapt and thrive in constantly changing environments

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong familiarity with Proven Project Management

  • Experience with SharePoint

  • Project management process improvement experience required

  • Adeptness in Multi Task

  • Microsoft Office experience preferred

  • Project management experience

    • You're sure to succeed in this position if you are flexible and focused
  • Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines

    • It is preferred for applicants to have a Project Management (PMP) certification
  • Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills

    • Experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs is strongly preferred.

    • The person in this position should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

    • We are particularly looking for candidates with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant Project Management experience
