Robert Half International Human Resources (HR) Manager in Wilson, North Carolina


Position Overview. The HR Manager will be responsible for successful administration of people programs by overseeing the following functions: payroll, benefits administration, execution of our compensation strategy, recruitment and employee relations/performance management.

Responsibilities. The HR Manager’s core responsibilities will be:

· Oversee the recruitment cycle.

· Collaborate on staffing model execution.

· Oversee execution of compensation program.

· Oversee leave of absence and attendance related programs.

· Oversee performance evaluation process.

· Provide support on addressing employee performance and behavior concerns.

· Oversee worker’s compensation and safety activities.

· Oversee benefits administration.

· Oversee payroll administration.

· Collaborate with administrative team


Ideal Candidate. Our view of the ideal candidate is someone who:

· Has 3-5 years direct experience in HR roles and is familiar with employment law including local, state, and federal regulations

· Has supervisory experience, ideally in a HR role

· Has experience in sourcing talent for hard-to-fill positions, ideally in a multi-site environment

· Is open to traveling to locations (within North Carolina) as needed

· Is extremely detail oriented, action-oriented, and resourceful
