Job Responsibilities: • Nimbly managing cash applications and deductions processes, ensuring they align with our departmental procedures • Accessing cash application tool and Oracle to review customer remittances and put on your wizard hat to apply payments • Mastering the art of creating deductions in Oracle • Seamlessly bringing into existence and applying credit memos
Your Qualifications: • A laser-focused attention to detail and an almost obsessive need for organisation • Your dexterity in effective verbal and written communication skills would make Shakespeare envious! • Basic software and computer skills – the more Rambo, the better! • A High School Diploma or higher. Knowledge is your weapon, isn’t it?

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Experience with Billing procedures and Cash Applications
• Ability to handle Cash Collections and Commercial Collections
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Experience with Oracle for database management
• Familiarity with Remittance processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced Wholesale Distribution industry
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
