Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Manager in Windsor, California
Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our organization, located in Windsor, California. The HR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our human resources policies and programs, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, and promoting a healthy work environment.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organization's needs and long-term objectives.
• Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, hiring, employee relations, and performance management systems.
• Work closely with the management team to implement the organization's human resource and talent strategy.
• Ensure the organization's adherence to employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations to maintain a harmonious working environment.
• Plan, develop, and implement policies, processes, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance.
• Monitor trends in compensation and benefits, and propose competitive pay programs to attract and retain top talent.
• Guide and lead the human resources management team, assisting with the resolution of human resource, compensation, and benefits queries, concerns, and issues.
• Utilize various HR tools such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and HCM to effectively manage HR processes. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Demonstrated ability to use ADP Workforce Now is essential.
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary.
• Experience with Ceridian software is a must.
• Must be well-versed in HCM (Human Capital Management).
• Understanding and experience in managing Benefit Functions is a prerequisite.
• Excellent communication skills are necessary, both verbal and written.
• Must have knowledge of and ability to ensure compliance with HR regulations.
• Experience in managing employee relations is essential.
• Must be proficient in managing and improving hiring processes.
