Robert Half has partnered with a valued client in the service industry in search of a Billing Specialist to join the team! This is a full time, permanent position open due to company growth. The right candidate will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, growing industry in a fun and dynamic team setting!

Responsibilities include creating and processing invoices, tracking payments, reconciling discrepancies, communication with departments on order related questions, customer service, and supporting the accounts receivable department with invoices.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience. A candidate looking for growth is also ideal. Proficient in MS Office. Requirements

• 2+ years in an accounting, billing, order processing, or related position

-Experience with parts or service orders a plus

• Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Program skills
