Robert Half Help Desk Technician II in Windsor, Connecticut

Description

We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst II located in Windsor, Connecticut. The chosen candidate will be responsible for offering comprehensive technical support and ensuring efficient operation of the help desk/desktop support,

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond to help desk tickets, ensuring they are resolved within the stipulated timeframe.

• Provide assistance to end users who approach the help desk, prioritizing swift and effective resolution.

• Utilize Active Directory to configure new staff members, update existing staff member security groups, and modify attributes as needed.

• Configure and image Windows Environment Workstations for staff members using MDT and company proprietary software.

• Procure and document assets using asset management software daily to facilitate inventory audits.

• Provide immaculate customer service and communicate clearly with end users.

• Work with peers to provide quick and efficient resolution of advanced issues.

• Proactively analyze workflow and provide suggestions to direct report.

• Use Endpoint Management Central to remotely connect to end users.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple tickets simultaneously.

Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is a must.

• Knowledge and understanding of Database systems is required.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is crucial for the role.

• Experience with Lotus Notes is required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft products is a must.

• Understanding of Active Directory is necessary.

• Must have knowledge of Computer Hardware.

• Experience in Configuration Management is required.

• Proficiency in Deskside Support is a must.

• Knowledge of Desktop Hardware is necessary.

• Familiarity with Azure Active Directory is required. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
