Copy, faxing, and filing for multiple departments
Maintain office facility
Direct calls appropriately Requirements - Thorough understanding of word processing and spreadsheets highly valued
2+ years of experience
Adeptness in Basic Office Equipment
Practical knowledge of Resolve Customer Service
Demonstrated knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
Comprehension of detail oriented Phone Etiquette
Earlier work involving Phone Inquiries
Computer Literate experience preferred
Pleasant Phone Manner experience highly valued
Computer Skills experience
Good understanding of Phone System
Experience with Microsoft Office 365
General familiarity with customer service
Computer Proficiency experience
Previous experience working with Pleasant Phone
Background working with Zoom
Command of Basic Computer Skills
Basic Computer Skills experience
Superior Customer Service experience highly preferred
Succeed independently with tasks
Capacity to assess process and internal control weaknesses and identify improvements
A willingness to take on both small administrative tasks and high visibility requests
Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
