Project Accountant

Direct-Hire / Permanent position

This a hybrid / partially remote position with a home office in Central Connecticut. Employees must live within a 50 mile radius of Windsor Locks, CT and be ready/willing/able to work in the office a handful of times per week month

Robert Half has partnered with a valued client with a global presence in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry in their search of a Project Accountant to join their accounting department. The Project Accountant will handle a variety of tasks that include Project Reporting, budget vs. actual analysis, billing and invoicing based on contracts, project set-ups in system, communication with Project Managers, and resolving revenue discrepancies.

Desired Background:

-BS in Actg, Finance, or Business Administration - preferred

-2+ years in a project accounting / project billing / project coordinator role

-Strong MS Excel skills

-ERP software experience

-Ability to work well in a fast pace, hybrid work environment
