Description
We are aiming to recruit a strategic and experienced HR Director in Winston Salem, North Carolina. The role involves managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures in our telecom industry.
Responsibilities:
• Act as a resource for the leadership team, offering training on HR matters
• Oversee recruitment processes to ensure they are efficient and effective
• Manage employee relations and resolve any issues that arise
• Maintain accurate personnel records in compliance with industry regulations
• Administer and oversee employee benefit plans and wellness programs
• Ensure compliance with employer and employee employment law
• Utilize HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems for efficient HR administration
• Oversee compensation administration to ensure fairness and equity
• Implement and manage employee wellness programs
• Use Paycom software for streamlined HR processes.
Requirements • Must possess at least 7 years of experience in a HR Director role or equivalent
• Proficient in administering employee benefits and compensation
• Extensive knowledge of employer and employee employment law
• Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations
• Proficiency in HR administration and HRIS (Human Resources Info Systems)
• Experience in designing and managing Employee Benefit Plans
• Proven track record in creating and implementing Employee Wellness Programs
• Familiarity with Paycom software would be advantageous
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make strategic decisions based on data analysis
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
• Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) is a plus
