Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist (Labor Relations) to join their team in Winston Salem, NC. As an HR Specialist, you will provide critical administrative support to the Labor Relations team, handling benefits administration, new hire onboarding, general inquiries, process documentation, job bids, and reporting. This HR Specialist role requires a detail-oriented and knowledgeable individual who can effectively manage various HR functions and act as a liaison between HR and line management.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Labor Relations team.
Manage benefits administration and new hire onboarding processes.
Address general inquiries and maintain process documentation.
Oversee job bids and prepare related reports.
Act as a liaison between all Human Resources functions and line management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on any of the following sub-disciplines:
