Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a marketing manager for one of our clients in Winston Salem, NC.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with extensive knowledge of Marketo to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement, lead generation, and customer retention. This role will require expertise in Marketo for email marketing, automation, and analytics to optimize campaigns and track performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business goals and drive lead generation.

  • Utilize Marketo to build, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with company objectives.

  • Create and implement marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and convert them into qualified prospects.

  • Analyze campaign performance using Marketo and other analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Manage the creation of marketing collateral, content, and promotional materials to support campaigns.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.

  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of learning and performance.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing role, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience using Marketo.

  • Proficiency in Marketo for email campaign management, automation, and lead scoring.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and integrating Marketo with CRM systems.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
