Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager in Winter Garden, Florida. This role involves overseeing customer credit processes, maintaining accurate records, and handling customer inquiries in the Accounting Software Systems industry.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and process customer credit applications with efficiency and accuracy.
• Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive customer credit records.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.
• Monitor customer accounts and take required actions based on the account status.
• Ensure the efficient operation of all accounting functions, including accounts payable and auditing.
• Utilize software systems Dynamics
• Oversee CRM for customer relationship management and billing functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage the accounts receivable team.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve accounts receivable processes.

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Supervisor or Manager
• Proficiency in using Dynamics
• Must have a strong understanding of accounting functions including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience in auditing and billing functions is a must
• Must have the ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred
• Professional certification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus.
