Robert Half Analyst, Strategic Analytics in Woburn, Massachusetts
Description The Strategic Analytics Analyst will be part of a team that focuses on the management oversight and allocation of all capital investment activities across the Operations organization. On a daily basis the Analyst will review evaluate setup and analyze all asset-level operational and financial information regarding new and existing capital projects for US Tower. The Analyst reviews and creates methods to turn all asset and project level data into information to improve budget planning capital allocation and asset optimization. The Analyst will also ensure that all methodologies practices policies procedures and customer reporting are consistently utilized adhered to and understood by all internal stakeholders and will develop preemptive reporting which focuses on milestone gaps trend analysis and predictive analytics. The incumbent will establish strong and consistent communication methods and procedures for proactively informing and updating all key internal stakeholders involved throughout a projects life cycle from initial review to closeout.
bull Manage track and report on all capital project costs capital project cycle times and capital project status via formal communication channels to internal stakeholders customers.
bull Facilitate new project review processes to meet or exceed established and required financial investment return i.e. financial planning and analysis requirements.
bull Directly manage product line review and acceptance process on a national level working closely with Finance and Operations teams including Network Development Project Managers Construction Managers Network Operations and Strategic Analytics personal to enhance existing processes and tasks to gain efficiencies in the ability to allocate capital and manage project cycle times
bull Deliver periodic updates and reports to internal customer contacts develop custom-designed programs for client-specific needs.
bull Use data extracted from multiple internal systems to build and manage accurate reports and organize executive-level PowerPoint presentations for internal use.
bull Manage document uploads and performs internal audit function to ensure all required documents are uploads to the shared system prior to closing out a project.
bull Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships to effectively execute on responsibilities.
bull Maintain strong communication practices and procedures for all key stakeholders through a projects life cycle and ensure that overarching methodology templates procedures and policies are utilized.
bull Proactively develop and communicate issue focused solutions to key stakeholders.
