Robert Half Lease Administration Analyst in Woburn, Massachusetts

Description SUMMARY:

The Lease Administration Analyst determines the correct values for lease data points and related billing or payment data points by reviewing all applicable lease documents and adhering to company guidelines. The incumbent may be tasked with abstraction of critical lease information for tenant or land leases into the Oracle Property system. The incumbent may be responsible for completing reconciliations of system lease billings or payments in comparison to lease documents. The Lease Administration Analyst will be held accountable for completing his/her daily workload and assigned tasks timely and accurately. The Lease Administration Analyst will be responsible for identifying any discrepancies or potential issues and escalating to the Lease Administration Manager for resolution.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

bull Review and interpret tenant or land agreements for key business terms required to generate tenant billing or land payments record appropriate financials

bull Review and identify key business terms for tenant or land leases on acquired sites

bull Stay informed of current company practices and guidelines including straight line rules master lease governance and commencement date determination to administer lease documents appropriately in Oracle system

bull Audit tenant or land lease documents to validate billing or payment history identify necessary billing or payment adjustments complete paperwork to support these changes and communicate results of analysis

bull Enter key lease data points and billing or payment information into the Oracle system through double-blind entry process ensuring abstracted values are accurate and the process is timely

bull Administer first call with customer to confirm key lease data points before billing is generated

bull Administer calculations of revenue share payments government fees property taxes or other obligations related to tenant or land leases

bull Identify and review exceptions with peers and escalate to manager as necessary offer ideas for resolution to correct exceptions and prevent recurrence of issues going forward

bull Review workload reports and/or trackers to identify assignments and prioritize

bull Review exception reports and program outputs to ensure lease data fields are accurate

bull Work closely with the Legal Collections and Finance departments to implement and/or support process improvement and develop best practices Requirements Basic Office Skills
