Description
Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a Trusts & Estates Paralegal north of Boston. Please apply if interested. This role requires high-level knowledge of Probate Court rules, procedures, and probate accounting as well as Federal estate tax returns. This entails preparing all essential documents such as U.S. Estate Tax Returns.
Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing all aspects of trust and probate administration.
Drafting professional correspondence and legal documents according to established protocols.
Preparing deeds, asset spreadsheets, and probate pleadings.
Reviewing bank statements and maintaining an organized record of all relevant financial activity.
Systematically organizing and maintaining client files to ensure smooth operation.
Delivering high-quality service to our clients in a professional manner.
Collaborating efficiently with attorneys, co-workers, and our diverse set of clients.
Requirements
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of solid Trusts and Estates paralegal experience.
Possession of an associate’s degree with emphasis on paralegal studies. A bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
Paralegal Certification is a strong plus.
Demonstrable attentiveness to detail, dependability, and an organized approach to tasks.
Excellent computer skills including MS Office, iManage, and Adobe Acrobat.
High-level problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Superior proofreading skills along with clear and concise communication abilities.
