Robert Half Revenue Administrator in Woburn, Massachusetts

Description We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Revenue Administrator in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role involves supporting our Finance Support Services team by processing customer purchase orders and maintaining revenue projects. As a part of your day-to-day activities, you will focus on improving processes and performance, capturing accurate data, and generating Oracle projects and budgets in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate best practices, develop and maintain consistent standards, and enforce policies related to key inputs and outputs of the revenue administration process.

• Drive improvements in current processes to enhance efficiency.

• Provide top-notch customer service and partnership to both the Operations and Accounting departments, as well as to external customers.

• Timely creation and accuracy of accounts receivable transactions, credits, Siterra and Oracle projects, and Oracle budgets.

• Manage the timely and accurate receipt and processing of customer purchase orders.

• Ensure that all monthly billings are accurate and completed on schedule.

• Generate and analyze reports for invoicing, project setups, and purchase orders.

• Undertake other duties as assigned by the management. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Service

• Familiarity with Office Functions and Operations

• Capable of Planning and implementing Policies

• Experience in performing Invoice and Billing Functions

• Knowledge of Budget Processes and Human Resources (HR) Administration

• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Project Management

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software

• Background in Finance and Reconciliations

• Experience in Billing and Revenue Accounting

• Willingness to Travel as per job requirement

• Excellent Communication Skills

• Experience in handling Purchase Orders and Receipts

• Proficiency in Oracle software

• Understanding and implementation of Best Practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites

• Ability to interact with External Customers

• Experience in data Capture and processing.
