Robert Half Inside Sales Coordinator in Wood Ridge, New Hampshire

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Coordinator in the architectural product industry, based in Wood Ridge, New Hampshire. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating customer orders to ensure satisfaction. You will be the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and managing their expectations throughout the process.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process all customer orders, ensuring details align with customer expectations.

• Actively communicate with customers to provide updates on order status and any changes or delays.

• Collaborate closely with logistics teams, warehouses, and carriers to guarantee timely delivery of products.

• Maintain clear and open communication with customers regarding order status, pricing, and product specifics.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, consistently addressing their needs and proactively identifying future requirements.

• Embody a positive, results-driven approach to customer service.

• Utilize your skills in answering inbound calls to assist customers and manage orders.

• Apply your understanding of buying processes to ensure seamless transactions.

• Monitor and manage cash activity related to customer orders. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Inside Sales Coordinator or in a similar role

• Proven ability in efficiently and effectively handling Inbound Calls

• Demonstrated experience and understanding of Buying Processes

• Ability to manage Cash Activity with accuracy and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in using computer software like Office Suite, CRM etc.

• High level of professionalism and ethical standards

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
