Quality experience with WANs (Wide Area Network)
Deep understanding of Desktop Support
Desktop Hardware experience required
Proven knowledge of Provide Technical Support
Wide ranging experience with Desktop Virtualization
Desktop Hardware experience
Well-founded grasp of Technical Support
Foundational knowledge in Remote Desktop Support
Practical knowledge of LAN (local area networks)
General familiarity with Active Directory
Experience with Microsoft Windows 10
