Description We are looking to hire a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in Woodbridge, New Jersey. The individual will be responsible for providing technical assistance and maintaining computer hardware and software. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance to staff on computer hardware and software issues

• Monitor and maintain software libraries and service logs

• Carry out repairs and upgrades to hardware and software

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues

• Install new computer hardware and software

• Integrate new hardware and software into existing networks

• Maintain existing LANs and WAN

• Maintain Email and Internet connections

• Carry out repairs of nonpublic hardware at remote locations

• Organize and monitor inventory of hardware, spare parts, software, and supporting documentation. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in Android Development

• Skilled in using Cisco Technologies

• Knowledgeable in Citrix Technologies

• Familiar with Mac Computers

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Active Directory management

• Ability to troubleshoot issues on Apple Devices

• Solid understanding of Computer Hardware

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Expertise in software and hardware Deployments

• Skilled with Chromebook devices

• Proficient in using Google Apps and Google Docs

• Must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively

• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality customer service

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and updates
