Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to be a part of our team based in New Jersey. This role involves coordinating and developing multiple marketing projects simultaneously, administering marketing activities, and maintaining marketing schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and develop multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

• Administer marketing activities in relation to catalog, label, and product data sheet instructions, lead generation and maintenance, email campaigns, press releases, advertising, and trade shows.

• Maintain and manage marketing administration work instructions in SharePoint.

• Act as a liaison to the Sales Team for applicable marketing administration activities as required.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat for various marketing tasks and communications.

• Manage marketing reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Search Engines for effective marketing strategies.

• Administer and maintain the company's website and SharePoint, ensuring all content is up-to-date and relevant.

• Handle marketing data and databases, ensuring accurate record keeping and data management.

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in all tasks and interactions.

• Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

• Showcase self-directed leadership skills in overseeing and managing various marketing projects.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

• Experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Dynamics CRM

• Knowledge of Search Engines and Website administration

• Ability to manage and analyze Marketing data

• Strong written and voice communications skills

• Experience in Marketing and Marketing Communications

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong organizational and coordination skills

• Demonstrated leadership skills

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Experience in Marketing Coordination

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
