Description

We are offering an employment opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in New Jersey. This role is crucial within our team as it assists in coordinating the execution and delivery of advertising and support materials. The successful candidate will be a part of a fast-paced environment, playing an integral role in various advertising projects and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and production of national campaign materials and retailer advertising materials across various mediums such as TV, social media, and digital video.

• Manage and adjust project timelines effectively, ensuring clear and concise communication with ad agencies and internal teams.

• Deliver creative assets and materials to internal teams and partners.

• Assist in the review and compliance process with internal stakeholders such as brand partnerships, legal, risk management, and ad agency.

• Contribute to the planning and development of events and support at the National Business Conference.

• Handle Love Promise story submissions approvals and management of related inboxes.

• Organize and participate in key reviews with internal and external stakeholders, leading all recapping efforts following meetings.

• Use Microsoft Office Suite effectively to accomplish tasks and projects.

• Utilize strong communication and project management skills to ensure tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Demonstrate problem-solving ability and highly developed verbal and written communication skills, ensuring attention to detail and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is necessary for this role.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.

• Prior experience in project management is required.

• Knowledge and understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is essential.

• A background in digital marketing is preferred.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Must be proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of performance.
