Description We are seeking a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team located in Woodbridge, New Jersey. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams, organizing and planning system implementation projects, and understanding business functions to translate them into system requirements. This role is a contract opportunity in the telecom industry.
Responsibilities:
• Lead project teams to ensure smooth execution and completion of projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Coordinate, plan, monitor, and schedule all activities involved in a system implementation
• Collaborate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Understand business functions and processes and translate them into system requirements
• Facilitate group discussions and presentations to communicate project progress and challenges
• Implement ServiceNow and manage IT project workflow
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc status reports reflecting tasks, action items, due dates, and budget items. Requirements • Proven experience in IT project management
• Proficient in ServiceNow Implementation
• Ability to create and present detailed status reports
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and operations
• Able to work effectively in a team environment
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Relevant certification in project management is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of IT industry trends and advancements
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
