Description

If you think you can ensure the precise execution of marketing projects for a business in the Advertising field, Robert Half is looking for a results-oriented Project Manager. This New Jersey-based Project Manager position is a short-term contract / temporary employment opportunity.

Track and monitor progress, manage job files, route projects, organize schedules, and conduct status meetings
For every project, ensure the most necessary elements are delivered in a defined scope, quality, time frame, and cost constraints
Lead an efficient flow of work and information through marketing, creative, and production departments

Requirements - Background in business and technical requirements analysis, documentation, modeling and testing methodologies & development
Branding standards experience preferred
Practical knowledge of communication
Comprehension of Eloqua
Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Office Suites
Multi-Channel Marketing experience
Skills in Troubleshoot
Earlier work involving Verbal Instructions
Quality experience with Microsoft Teams
Digital Marketing experience
Hands-on experience with Marketo
General familiarity with Basecamp
Previous experience working with Management skills
Proven knowledge of web design
Wide ranging experience with Zoom
Experience with HubSpot
Good understanding of Written Communication
Project management experience
Proficiency in video
Experience in a range of project management software like Microsoft Project, SmartSheet or other similar applications
Ability to use your discretion and act on it
This role would be best suited for candidates with previous accounting experience in a key role in system projects
Candidates with a Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification are preferred
Versatile project planning abilities that include project costing techniques
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to executive management, team members, business and technology professionals
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance & Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Complex problem solving skills are a must. Candidate must be able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction Innovation starts with people.®
