Description RESPONSIBILITIES ● Reception and Client Services ● Answer and direct phone calls ● Review and respond to company email ● Prepare written correspondence, i.e. letters, emails, faxes, memos, etc. ● Data entry, filing, copying, scanning, research ● Process and prepare wine orders/ shipments (FedEx, UPS, GLS) ● Incoming and outgoing mail ● Maintain office supplies and office equipment ● Maintain filing system ● Inventory tracking and reporting ● Process sales orders, ship samples, and invoicing Requirements ● Ability to manage one’s own time, prioritize responsibilities, having a keen sense of urgency when necessary ● Proactive, takes initiative, uses available resources to problem solve ● Ability to maintain composure under pressure, while multi-tasking and taking direction on multiple projects ● Proficient, at an intermediate level, in Microsoft Office and Outlook. ● Ability to lift 40lbs.
