Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Woodinville, Washington. In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle day-to-day financial operations, oversee accounts payable, manage general ledger, create financial statements, and handle light HR tasks such as managing health insurance and benefits. This role is ideally suited for someone with a background in the construction industry, who is comfortable with hands-on tasks and can effectively communicate with project managers.
Responsibilities:
• Handle full charge bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records
• Oversee an accounts payable personnel, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Manage general ledger and ensure its accuracy
• Create and present comprehensive financial statements
• Handle collections and pay applications diligently
• Ensure timely submission of excise tax and 941 payroll tax
• Manage health insurance and benefits as part of light HR duties
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members
• Ensure all tasks are completed within set deadlines
• Utilize industry knowledge to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000.

Requirements • Proficiency in Full Charge Bookkeeping is essential
• Experience in the Construction Industry is required
• Must be knowledgeable in Accounts Payable (AP)
• Familiarity with General Ledger is necessary
• Ability to Prepare Financial Statements is required
• Experience in Collections is a must
• Must be able to handle Payroll Taxes
• Experience in Benefits Coordination is necessary
