Description OfficeTeam Sacramento is partnering with a growing Retail company in Woodland, who is looking for a dynamic Front Office Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a Contract-to-full-time opportunity & our client is looking to start a experience in candidate immediately. Ideal candidates are results-oriented with outstanding customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, a creative mindset, and intermediate - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Our client is also seeking someone who takes initiative, is reliable, & someone who is dedicated to the success and future growth of their company/organization. *If you have the required experience, are seeking a Contract-to-full-time job opportunity, and can commute to Woodland daily, respond with an updated copy of your resume & follow up with a phone call to introduce myself to Ally Dutra – 916.922.5770. RESPONSIBILITIES: Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls, as needed Oversee and manage all office calendars and scheduling requests On-boarding, training, and supervising other support staff Customer relations between departments and executive staff Prepare online expense reports and assist with invoices as needed Order, check in and maintain office and kitchen supplies File, copy, and provide other administrative/clerical support Coordinate office events (catered meetings, lunches, birthday celebrations, team bonding activities, happy hours, etc…) Ad hoc and special projects, as needed

QUALIFICATIONS: 0-1+ years of Front Desk Receptionist/Office Coordination experience BS/BA Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Candidate must be very reliable, organized and have an impeccable attention to detail Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to use proper discretion in evaluating/elevating customer issues Intermediate - advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access, Google Apps, Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms Excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors Must be organized and possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills Serves as the Company’s administrative liaison to the board of directors including handling all travel arrangements and meal planning as needed Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: 0-1+ years of Front Desk Receptionist/Office Coordination experience BS/BA Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Candidate must be very reliable, organized and have an impeccable attention to detail Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
