The ideal litigation paralegal will have 5+ years of civil litigation experience and will be responsible for all aspects of discovery, legal research, reviewing medical records and trial preparation. The litigation paralegal should also be familiar with state and federal court procedures and filing deadlines.

Responsibilities
Provide support to attorney through all phases
Data base management of all relevant documents
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work
Study, analyze and review complex legal documents

Requirements
Medical records experience preferred
Deposition summary experience
Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information
Confidence in taking ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Possessing an understanding of word processing and spreadsheets is desired
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
5+ years of relevant experience
