Job Title: Marketing Coordinator - Medicare and IFP Lines of Business

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our team, responsible for supporting the development, delivery, and review of mandated and retention marketing materials and communications for the Medicare and IFP (Individual and Family Plans) lines of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, product management, or healthcare, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end smaller-scale marketing campaigns and mandated communications, including web pages, emails, and mailers.

  • Write creative briefs and provide strategic direction.

  • Coordinate tasks using the traffic management system, Workfront.

  • Gather feedback from business partners and teammates, incorporating edits as needed.

  • Ensure all drafts meet quality standards and expectations.

  • Develop versioning grids and build materials accordingly.

  • Assist in documenting implementation and reporting requirements.

  • Monitor translations, print delivery, and online posting.

  • Analyze material and campaign metrics reports.

  • Assist in developing and managing detailed project plans for larger-scale projects and mandated materials.

  • Conduct quality checks on materials, communications, and web pages across the team as needed.

  • Organize and post final documents and kitted materials in various locations for use by vendors and business partners.

  • Maintain regular communication with key business partners to ensure alignment and success of marketing initiatives.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Thorough experience in marketing, product management, or healthcare.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
