Robert Half Technical Product Manager in Woodland Hills, California

Description

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to work for their client in Woodland Hills, CA. The Technical Product Manager should have experience in Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer. The role will revolve around the implementation and optimization of Adobe Target and Adobe Journey Optimizer activities, as well as Adobe Data Collection. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving personalized experiences for our customers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and diving into code to troubleshoot technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Adobe Target campaigns, A/B tests, and personalization activities.

• Write JavaScript code to implement tracking, targeting rules, and success metrics.

• Collaborate with UX designers, developers, and data analysts to ensure seamless integration.

• Model customer and business data in schemas to power orchestrated experiences.

• Configure source connectors for ingesting data into Journey Optimizer.

• Collaborate with marketing teams to design multistep advanced scenarios using real-time unitary delivery.

• Work with Adobe Launch to manage tags, analytics, and data layer implementation.

• Ensure data consistency across platforms by maintaining a robust data layer.

• Troubleshoot any issues related to data collection and synchronization.

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets for Adobe-related initiatives.

• Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Product Manager for a minimum of five years

• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and Database management

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems, About Time, and AB Testing methodologies

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficiency in Design and Engineering

• Experience with Adobe Target, JavaScript Framework, JavaScript

• Strong skills in Data Analysis, using Data Analysis Tools, Data Analytics, and managing Data layers

• Experience in creating Detailed Project Plans, Developing Project Plans, and Managing Project Plans

• Familiarity with Adobe Campaigns

• Ability to work in a team and lead projects

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
