Robert Half International Contracts Manager in Woodland Park, New Jersey
Description There is an immediate opportunity available for a proactive Contracts Manager through Robert Half Legal. The primary job responsibilities will include working directly under the general counsel drafting, managing and negotiating technology contracts. The selected candidate will be tasked with maintaining vendor and subcontracts agreements, drafting contracts, and managing and re-negotiating contracts when necessary as the Contracts Manager. Delegate internal and external requests on status of contracts
Preside over the complete life cycle of the Company's contracts (from initial request to final signature and contract distribution)
Moderate and outsource contracts
Critique and draft legal agreements (vendor agreements, NDAs, evaluation agreements)
Maintain and organize contract templates; acquire signatures on contracts
Present contractual provisions and administer contract proposals
Optimize and manage contract repositories
Control and service contracts database Requirements - Less than one year of experience preferred
Comfortable with handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Capable of working effectively and cross-functionally, think practically and be solution-oriented
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
- Knowledgeable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
Capacity to work and succeed in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Commercial Leasing
Foundational knowledge in Data Analysis
Strong familiarity with scheduling
Command of Contract Management
Contract Modifications experience
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Bare strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Manage the process of reviewing and drafting non-disclosure agreements, including software evaluation and licensing agreements
Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally, think practically and be solution-oriented
