Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney specializing in Personal Injury law to join our team in Woodstock, Georgia. The successful candidate will handle a variety of duties including managing personal injury cases from inception to resolution, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court proceedings.
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of personal injury cases ensuring efficient progression from inception to resolution.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Draft a wide range of legal documents such as pleadings and motions.
• Represent clients in various legal proceedings including court trials, mediations, and arbitrations when required.
• Maintain open and regular communication with clients, providing updates and guidance on case progress.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Negotiate settlements with the aim of achieving favorable outcomes for clients.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all legal regulations and protocols.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high level of client service. Requirements • Possession of a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Must be admitted to practice law within the state
• Proven experience in Personal Injury Law
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using legal research software
• Must uphold confidentiality at all times
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards
• Commitment to continual education and staying current with personal injury laws and regulations.
