Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee our critical IT infrastructure. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our entire technology ecosystem, including physical and virtual servers, network devices, cloud platforms, and software applications. You will possess a deep understanding of various technologies and have a proven track record of managing complex IT environments.
Responsibilities:
Infrastructure Management:
Lead the planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud-based solutions.
Ensure the optimal operation and performance of physical and virtual servers, network devices (Cisco switches, routers, firewalls), and wireless networks.
Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning to ensure minimal downtime in case of disruptions.
Manage and optimize storage solutions and data center operations.
Software Management:
Support the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of critical business applications, including ERP systems.
Manage user accounts and access control through Active Directory and other identity management systems.
Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions for seamless user access.
Collaborate with application owners to ensure optimal performance and integration with the overall infrastructure.
Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources and training needed to succeed.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to help team members grow their skills and knowledge.
Project Management:
Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all technical requirements.
Develop and manage project budgets and resources.
Track project progress and identify and mitigate potential risks.
Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in a complex and fast-paced environment.
Proven experience with Cisco switches, routers, firewalls, VMWare, physical and virtual servers, wireless networks, and cloud platforms.
Strong understanding of Active Directory and other identity management systems.
Experience with ERP system support and integration.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
Problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
