Description

We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant for a role in the educational sector, located in Worcester, Massachusetts. This position involves working with various academic and non-academic units, including HR, Finance, Administration, and IT. The selected candidate will be instrumental in facilitating the design of a future model for the campus, including conducting assessments, focus group interviews, and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Academic Affairs and different school units

• Work with Central Organizations including HR, Finance, Administration, and IT

• Facilitate the design of a future model for the campus through assessments and strategic planning

• Conduct data review, individual focus group interviews, and provide assessment findings

• Make recommendations and create roadmaps for organizational development

• Manage change within a higher education or university setting

• Standardize processes for efficiency and consistency

• Utilize project management and HR administration skills to optimize operations

• Conduct talent assessment and organizational design activities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews as part of the assessment process

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Project Management within the Education industry.

• Exceptional skills in Business Administration and Operations Administration.

• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) Administration.

• Demonstrable experience in Formal Project Management.

• Possession of a Project Management Certification is essential.

• Proven expertise in Project Management Process Improvement.

• Demonstrable experience in Change Management and Organizational Change Management.

• Proficient in using various Assessment Tools and conducting Impact, Performance, and Talent assessments.

• Experience in Organizational Changes, Organizational Design, and Organizational Development.

• Sound knowledge of Finance Administration and Operations Finance.

• Experience in conducting Focus Groups and Interviews, and scheduling Interviews.

• Excellent ability to deliver on assigned tasks and projects.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrable leadership abilities.

• Ability to work in a team and manage teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent time management skills.
