Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Staff Accountant to become an integral part of our team in AUBURN, Massachusetts. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in handling diverse accounting tasks, such as maintaining accurate financial records, processing journal entries, and managing daily cash flow. You will also be involved in the preparation of monthly reporting packages.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the processing of journal entries diligently and accurately.

• Ensure the regular reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.

• Manage the daily cash flow effectively and efficiently.

• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Maintain precise records of account reconciliations.

• Contribute to the preparation of monthly reporting packages.

• Engage with all levels of senior management, as necessary.

• Focus on the general ledger, including journal entries, accruals, and monthly reconciliations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or in a similar role.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Journal Entries.

• Proven experience in Account Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation is necessary.

• Experience in managing Monthly Close activities.

• Proven ability to handle Daily Cash Flow operations.
