Description
Robert Half is recruiting for a Community Liaison for an organization in Wright City, Missouri on a direct hire basis. The Community Liaison role focuses on integrating new hires into the workforce and local community. Responsibilities include addressing community concerns, managing collaborative efforts with stakeholders, and representing the company in public forums. The role also involves building company culture, assisting with HR initiatives, and supporting recruitment & marketing efforts. Qualified individuals MUST have multilingual abilities and experience in community engagement. Key skills needed include strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities, along with proficiency in computer systems. There are expectations of travel up to 25%. Requirements - Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
The responsibilities of this position will require you to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Deep understanding of Background Checks
Adeptness in Community Engagement
Comprehensive knowledge of Workforce Planning
Spanish Language experience highly desired
Full Cycle Recruiting experience
Travel experience
Proficiency with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Experience writing procedure manuals, user instructions, business correspondence, and general report writing
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
