Robert Half is recruiting for a Recruiting Manager for an organization in Wright City, Missouri on a direct hire basis. The Recruiting Manager will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for the facility. This role will work closely with operational management to develop and implement short and long-term strategies to ensure the organization has the workforce needed to successfully execute work both today and in the future. Qualified individuals must have at least 5 years of recruiting experience with the ability to speak Spanish is preferred. The annual salary for this opportunity is up to $90K. Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role with progressive responsibility

• Demonstrated expertise in Full Cycle Recruiting is crucial for this role

• Experience with Applicant Track System is necessary

• Proficiency in conducting interviews and making informed hiring decisions

• Experience in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates

• Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with different stakeholders

• Considerable knowledge of employment laws and regulations

• Must have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are required

• Should possess strong leadership qualities

• Proficiency in using HR software and computer applications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred

• Ability to create and implement HR policies and procedures

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
