The ideal candidate will have deep analytical capabilities, strong verbal and writing skills, and the ability to multitask and work under multiple tight deadlines at once. This role is perfect for an experienced FP& A Manager looking for a challenging role at an established company.

Your responsibilities in this role
Assemble financial models and data mining tools for variance analysis
Oversee the employee hiring process, including recruiting, selecting, training, evaluating, and retaining employees
Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial planning team
Enable strategic and day-to-day decisions through financial analysis
Provide financial analysis support for the corporate budgeting and forecasting processes
Estimate costs of operating plans and then develop budget and forecasts during the annual budget development cycle
Direct and lead financial analysis and developing short- and long-term financial forecasts
Test fiscal and budget assumptions in the development of operating plans
Address and improve strategic issues by working in cross-functional development teams
Help with financial deliverables to the executive team
Perform financial analysis and valuation related to mergers and acquisitions
Analyze financials to enable both day-to-day and strategic decisions
Requirements
Interested candidates should be able to analyze complex business problems, propose effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction
5+ years of FP& A supervisory/leadership experience
Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong business acumen required
Previous experience with computer software, including writing macros in Excel, Access, financial Modeling and other accounting packages
Excellent quantitative and qualitative abilities
Skilled in building relationships and communication
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
